Store sale - No coupon this month.  Our store sale in October:  20% off regularly priced fabrics (minimum 1 yard cuts), 20% off kits not already on sale, precuts, batting, and sewing notions over $10.00.  (No discount on books or patterns.)  Sale fabrics are priced as marked, but if you finish the bolt, then it is discounted to half off the original price.  New Cuddle remnants are in, 1 to 3 yard cuts, $10.00 a yard is the sale price.  I saw some really pretty ones in this batch.

News:
Our AccuQuilt educator event was a huge success.  If you are interested in a future event, probably in August 2020, please let me know.  My thanks to all who participated!  We do have a lovely jean jacket that someone left, please give me a call to claim it.  (We had another jacket left, but the owner has notified me.)  We will be emailing patterns to those who requested them as soon as Linda is well and back in the store to help with that.

We will start a monthly Go Cutter club soon, most likely on a Tuesday.  I need to get through the three quilt retreats before I start planning anything else.  Look for Go Cutter club information in the November newsletter.

A new Imagine That club is starting.  Sue Wheeler was this year's winner.  I hope to post some photos on the web site soon.  (after Quilt retreats)  Every Imagine That club participant pays a $5.00 fee and gets the same fat quarter.  You can add any fabrics to it, just as long as you use it someplace in the project that your imagination tells you to make.  Sue said this year's fabric reminded her of the sea, so she made a mobile using lots of sea related items.

Fall Quilt Retreats:  Fall Quilt retreats start on the 10th.  If you aren't registered already, think about April and October 2020.

The 2019 Fall retreats are 3 weekends in a row, starting on Thursday, October 10.  Please call for availability, and probably be placed on a waiting list.
  My quilt retreats are held at The Barnsion, five miles east of Harlowton.  It's a wonderful facility, with bedding and towels furnished.
  2019's quilt retreats have been expanded to three evenings instead of just two.  Come in on Thursday, leave on Sunday.  The October 2019 dates will be 10th-11th-12th-13th, October 17th-18th-19th-20th (12 participants only), and October 24th-25th-26th-27th.  I like to keep the retreats small with a maximum of 15.
  The cost has increased to $235 because of the extra night and an extra breakfast.  Each retreat will include three nights at the Barnsion, three breakfasts, two evening meals, games, prizes, and at least one kit for a small project.  This year's project will be a set of coasters, paper pieced, using freezer paper.  You will also have access to the AccuQuilt electric cutter and dies.
  These are "sew on your own" projects; you should bring whatever you want to sew, although I try to have a fun new project that you can make and take home.
