Bali Batik Club from Hoffman - Each month's club package contains 12 coordinating fat quarters of Bali Batiks.  Sign up for the full year and your cost drops to $35.00 per month, otherwise the cost of the bundle is $39.60.  This is a great way to build your stash of batiks; the selections are fantastic.

We now have a nice selection of blenders from Benartex in that will take the place of the Plaster of Paris fabrics from Frond that some of us really liked.

AccuQuilt select dies are up to 40% off while supplies last.  There's a list available at the store, or give me a call and I can tell you which dies are on sale and the discount.  AccuQuilt specials change frequently.  Often, I can only tell you what that week's special is, one week at a time.  I do the same specials AccuQuilt offers, but you get our personal service.

News:
*New class this month!* - 12 months of Mariner's Compasses class begins January 26th.  We will sew a different Mariner's compass each month.  At the end of the year, you will have enough blocks for a quilt.  Call me for details.  Please note the date of this class has changed.  If you are interested in having a class in the middle of the week, please let me know.

Our new Imagine That Club started in September with a new fat quarter.  It's not too late to join the fun.  Your $5.00 payment for the fat quarter joins the prize pool for the year.  Our project unveiling date will be September 6, 2019.  Everyone gets the same fat quarter, to make whatever their imagination tells them to (except pot holders.)  The fat quarter material can be combined with any other fabrics, as long as it is used in the project.

A new UFO (UnFinished Objects) club is starting now.  The first meeting to have your project done will be February 9th.  There's no cost to join, just bring a list of 6 items and I will give you the number for the project you need to have finished by the February meeting.  We meet at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday every two months.  I furnish soup or salad.  Whoever doesn't have their project finished brings dessert.  Call me if you would like to join.  It's a great way to get those unfinished projects done. 

Sun Dog Coffee Shop is now open in Harlowton Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m.  - 2:00 p.m., serving coffee, tea, breakfast burritos, baked goods, and a lunch special.  It is located on the corner of Central and Highway 12, across from the train engine.

Quilt Retreats:  My quilt retreats are held at The Barnsion, five miles east of Harlowton.  It's a wonderful facility, with bedding and towels furnished.  The cost is $175.00, which includes two nights, 4 meals, and at least one kit.  These are "sew on your own" projects; you should bring whatever you want to sew, although I try to have a fun new project that you can make and take home.  Any questions or to sign up, please call the store at 406-632-4861.
  April 2019 dates will be 5th-6th-7th and 12th-13th-14th.  October 2019 dates are 11th-12th-13th, October 18th-19th-20th (12 openings only), and October 25th-26th-27th.  I like to keep the retreats small with a maximum of 15.
  Update - We may be adding a day, so that quilters can come in on Thursday, and still leave on Sunday.  An extra day will increase the cost.  I have to discuss this with the Barnsion owners before a final decision is made.  If you have signed up, please let me know your preference about number of days.
