Appointments are no longer required, but masks are still mandatory.  They must cover nose and mouth at all times.  If this is difficult for you, or if you have been exposed to Covid or are experiencing any signs of illness, please shop online.  Thanks for your cooperation!  For more than 3 or 4 coming, a heads-up the day before is helpful so that we can have two people working.

SPECIALS:
Regularly priced fabric (minimum 1 yard cuts), kits not already on sale, sewing notions over $10.00, and precuts will remain 30% off through the month of April.  The discount will decrease the 1st of May; we have been notified by several of our fabric companies of price increases.  Some have already taken effect - Moda's prices will increase May 1st.
  For online orders, because of this large of a discount, free shipping will not apply, unless you purchase $100.00 in full priced items.  (quilts, gift items, vendor items, etc.)

NEWS:
New wide backing fabrics are in, including some 118 inch wide, and 108 inch wide in solid white, black and navy.

My Mystery Mailing started in January.  Each mailing includes $60.00 worth of goodies.  If mailed, the cost will be $45.00, or you may pick your bundle up at the store for $37.00.  The mystery mailing will include fun stuff, and will change from month to month.  It could be a fun project, could be a box of goodies, it could be anything, that's the fun part of mysteries.
  March's mystery mailing was a wool pressing mat, sewing machine needles, a rotary replacement blade, a charm pack with a yard of matching fabric, and a package of binding clips.  Let me know if you are interested and would like to participate.

The Cross Country Piecemakers will be having a quilt show at the Roundup Community Center April 17th (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and April 18th (9:00 a.m. - 3 p.m.)  Quilts, raffle, door prizes, refreshments, free admission.

CLASSES AND EVENTS:
No store classes are scheduled at this time.

* Hooray!  We are having a quilt retreat at the Barnsion starting April 15th.  It has 3 openings.  The retreat's cost is $250, which includes 3 nights at the Barnsion, 3 breakfasts and two dinners, a kit for a small project, and a gift bag.  Bedding and towels are furnished.  Proof of vaccination is required for this retreat.  If you are interested, please give me a call at the above number.  There are also openings in the October retreats.
  For those of you who may not have attended one of our retreats, they are held at the Barnsion, 5 miles east of town.  A very nice facility with lots of room for social distancing.  They provide bedding and towels.  Breakfasts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, and dinner Friday and Saturday evenings will be provided.  You are on your own for dinner on Thursday night.  Cost is $250.00, which includes the meals mentioned and a kit for a small project.  If you have questions, please call me.

  To order fabrics from the web site, you do need to call the store (406-632-4861) .  The great thing about calling, is that I can send you close up pictures of the fabrics you are interested in.  It takes a bit longer that just being able to place an order online, but you do get knowledgable personal service as you would with a store visit.  An email requesting close up photos with a follow-up phone call will also work.
