Individual Monday night Clubs:
Mystery Quilt - First Monday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m., starting February 7th, 2011. Mystery quilt alternate meetings are from 1 to 3 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month, and 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month 6 months - $60.00, includes pattern Crazy Quilt - First Monday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m., starting August 1st, 2011. Crazy Quilt alternate meetings are from 1 to 3 p.m. on the first Wednesday on the month, and 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month. 3 months - $30.00, plus pattern. UFO night - Second Monday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m. Work on those UnFinished Objects. There is a prize at the end of the year for the most finished. January 2011-January 2012 - $60.00, single meeting attendance $5.00. Progressive Quilt - Third Monday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m., starting February 21st, 2011. There is no pattern for the progressive quilt - each person creates a quilt center from good quality 100% cotton fabric, and passes the started quilt on to another group member, who adds the next section, and so on. When a quilt has been completed, with care from everyone in the group, it returns to the person who started it to keep. Progressive quilt alternate meetings are from 1 to 3 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month, and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on the first Saturday of the month. 5 months - $50.00 Imagine That project - Third Monday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m., starting August 15th, 2011. Each participant will receive a fat quarter of fabric for inspiration, and then will create whatever they imagine from it. An Imagine That project can be a quilt, a wall hanging, or whatever someone wants to make. Completed projects will hang in the store for a month and visitors will vote for a favorite. I will give the creator of the winning project a gift. Imagine That alternate meetings are from 1 to 3 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month, and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on the first Saturday of the month. 3 months (Aug/Oct/Nov) - $30.00, includes a free fat quarter of fabric to start the project. Special projects - Fourth Monday of the month from 7 to 9 p.m., starting January 24th, 2011, runs through January 2012. $60.00, patterns extra, single meeting attendance $5.00. |

Alternate meeting times are available for participants who can't make the Monday night meeting. Every month's 3rd Saturday, we will have a sewing day for quilts to be donated. Pot luck lunch will be served. Let me know by the Friday before if you would like to participate or donate fabric. All Monday night clubs - 7 to 9 p.m. 2011's Clubs will include a Mystery quilt (pattern included), Progressive quilt (no pattern required), UFO night (person completing the most projects at the end of the year will receive a free gift), Crazy quilting (pattern included), Imagine That (free fat quarter of fabric to start the project), and special projects. 2. 3 special events - a wine and cheese event, a Holiday Christmas Party, an ugly fabric exchange, or anything else that I decide might be fun. 3. Two (2) $15.00 Saturday class vouchers 4. 15% discount on regular priced fabrics, sewing notions, patterns and books 5. 20% discount on prepaid special order items (books, patterns, sewing notions not regularly carried in the store) 6. Donation Quilt Sewing: We will be making quilts for charity fund raisers. Some quilts will be going to the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, some to Special K Ranch in Columbus for their fund raiser in April, some to A Safe Place in Helena, which is for Military women suffering from Post Traumatic Stress, and others where ever else we feel they can be used. To keep up our stamina, each Donation Quilt Saturday will feature a pot luck lunch. 3rd Saturday of each month, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |

One Block Wonder: A One Block Wonder quilt is based on 6 layers of fabric with a 24 inch repeat. Quilt pieces are cut with a similar technique to those of a Stack and Whack quilt, but the blocks are sewn together differently. An example quilt on this website is #6-1052. This class may be covered on two Saturdays. If needed, the second Saturday's date and activities will be determined by what works for the students in the class. Stack n' Whack: With the fun Stack and Whack technique, every block is different.
